To qualify for discount packages, you must have a minimum of four 30-minute Dog Walks or Pet Visits per week or a minimum of three 30-minute Park Visits per week on a *recurring basis*.

30-minutes, 5 visits or walks per week ($110/week or $440/month)

45-minutes, 3 visits or walks per week ($85/week or $340/month)

45-minutes, 4 visits or walks per week ($110/week or $440/month)

45-minutes, 5 visits or walks per week ($135/week or $540/month)

1-hour, 3 visits or walks per week ($100/week or $400/month)

​

1-hour, 4 visits or walks per week ($130/week or $520/month)

​

1-hour, 5 visits or walks per week ($160/week or $640/month)

Park Visits

​

30-minutes, 3 visits per week ($115/week or $460/month)

Extended Overnight Stay & Daycare

Referrals

​

Get $10 off your booking if someone you refer books with us.

 

Referred client gets $10 off their first booking. Referred client must name current client and must complete booking for discounts to be valid.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

​

A 25% deposit is required for booking any service. Deposits are non-refundable.

​

​

Pet Visits (including cat care & small pets), Dog Walks, and Park Visits must be paid within a minimum of 24-hours before the start of the service.

​

Pet Visits (including cat care & small pets), Dog Walks, and Park Visits will be refunded in the full amount after deposit if cancelled within a minimum of 24-hours before the start of the service being cancelled.

​

Pet Visits (including cat care & small pets), Dog Walks, and Park Visits cancelled less than 24-hours before the start of the service will be charged in full.

​

Pet Taxi services must be paid within a minimum of 24-hours before the start of the service or before 10 pm of the day the service took place if the Pet Taxi is scheduled last minute.

 

Overnight Stays & Daycare must be paid in full within a minimum of 24-hours before the start date.

​

Overnight Stays & Daycare with a duration of 7 days or less will be charged in full if cancelled within 24 hours or less before the start of the service.

 

Overnight Stays & Daycare with a duration of 10 to 14 days will only be charged for the first week if cancelled within 24 hours or less before the start of the service.

 

Overnight Stays & Daycare longer than 2 weeks, will be charged 50% of the total stay if cancelled within 24 hours or less before the start of the service.
